Battersby Consulting was founded by Burl Battersby, who has more than 30 years in operations management, service culture training, and process improvement. Burl is a Six Sigma Black Belt, Kaizen Sensei, and has over a decade of experience working in process improvement and creating a culture of continuous improvement at a major global corporation. 

Burl is also the founder of Be! Eugene Be! Creative, the business side of his artistic activities.
